1.Payment Methods

Gosama offers multiple payment options for transactions, including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and EMI. All payments must be made directly to Gosama’s authorized bank accounts. Gosama or its representatives will never request payment to a private account. Users are advised not to share sensitive information such as card details or OTP with anyone claiming to be from Gosama.

2.Fees and Charges

In addition to the service charges imposed by the respective service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.), Gosama may charge a convenience fee, service fee, or any other applicable charges. These charges will be displayed before the final payment confirmation.

3.Price Variations and Tax Compliance

Prices for bookings may vary due to changes in applicable taxes or government levies. Users are responsible for any additional amounts arising due to such changes. Gosama will also collect and remit any applicable TCS (Tax Collected at Source) for international bookings as required by Indian law.

4.Refunds

Refunds for cancelled bookings will be processed according to the cancellation policy applicable to the specific booking. Any refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 72 hours of receiving the refund from the respective service provider.

5.Disputes and Chargebacks

In case of disputes or chargebacks, Users are required to contact Gosama’s support team at gosama@samatravel.in before approaching their bank or payment service provider. Gosama will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.

6.Booking Confirmation and Cancellation

Bookings made via Gosama are subject to final confirmation by the respective service provider. Gosama reserves the right to cancel any booking in cases of price discrepancies, fraudulent activity, or insufficient payment. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.

7.Security of Payment Data

Gosama ensures that payment information, including card details, is securely processed in compliance with applicable laws and industry standards. However, Gosama will not be liable for unauthorized transactions resulting from the User sharing sensitive information with third parties.

8.Disruption of Services

In rare circumstances where technical errors or force majeure events cause disruption to bookings or payments, Gosama’s liability will be limited to refunding any amounts already paid by the User. Gosama shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
