2.Non-Cancellable Services:

Certain services or promotional bookings may be non-cancellable and non-refundable. These will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.

1.Flight Cancellations:

  • Cancellations are subject to the fare rules and cancellation policy of the respective airline.
  • In the case of no-shows, the airline’s no-show policy will apply, and the user may not be eligible for any refund.
  • If a flight is canceled or rescheduled by the airline, GoSama will assist the user in securing a refund or alternative arrangements, as per the airline’s policy.

2.Hotel Cancellations:

  • Hotel cancellations must be made as per the terms mentioned at the time of booking.
  • Any changes to the check-in or check-out dates are subject to the hotel’s approval and may incur additional charges.
  • If the hotel denies check-in due to reasons such as lack of valid identification, no refund will be provided.

3.Charter and Special Services Cancellations:

  • Cancellations for charter bookings or other special services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service provider (airlines, hotels, or other travel services).
  • GoSama will not be responsible for cancellations due to operational issues by the charter service provider.

4.Tour Packages:

  • Cancellation charges for tour packages depend on the specific terms outlined at the time of booking.
  • In case of partial utilization of services (e.g., unused hotel nights or tour activities), no refund will be provided for the unused portion.

Force Majeure Cancellations

In the event of cancellations due to force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, strikes, etc.), GoSama will process cancellations and refunds based on the policies of the respective service provider (airlines, hotels, or other travel services). GoSama shall not be liable for any additional compensation in such scenarios.

Cancellation Process

  • Users can cancel their bookings by contacting GoSama’s customer support team or through their registered account on the GoSama platform.
  • The cancellation request will be processed after verifying the booking details and applicable cancellation charges.

2.Charges and Fees:

  • Cancellation charges include service provider (airlines, hotels, or other travel services) penalties and GoSama’s service fees, which will be communicated at the time of cancellation.
  • Convenience fees charged at the time of booking are non-refundable.

3.Processing Time:

  • Once the cancellation request is confirmed, GoSama will initiate the refund process (if applicable) within 72 hours, subject to receiving the refund from the respective service provider (airlines, hotels, or other travel services).

Important Points to Note

  • Cancellations made after the cut-off time specified by the service provider (airlines, hotels, or other travel services) may result in higher penalties or no refund.
  • Any changes to the original booking are treated as a cancellation and rebooking, and applicable cancellation charges may apply.
  • In cases of fraudulent or unauthorized bookings, GoSama reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice and withhold any applicable refund.
